They started sharing the creations made in their home kitchen at Salt Spring Island Saturday Market in 2012, and found a loyal following right away. Bit by Bit, their little jam company grew until we moved it out of our home and into a commercial jam kitchen. Since then they’ve been able to share their love of canning with jam and sauce aficionados across the country.
