Shipping policy

Bradshaws ships across Canada from our bricks and mortar store at 129 Ontario Street, Stratford, Ontario. This policy explains how and when your order will reach you.

Order processing

Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

We make every attempt to keep the website synchronized with our in-store inventory, but occasionally an item may be out of stock when your order reaches us. If that happens we will contact you and offer either a full refund or a special order, whichever you prefer. Items shown as available may occasionally need to be ordered in from the manufacturer, which can add to the delivery time — we will let you know if that applies to your order.

Delivery options

You can choose from three options at checkout.

1. In-store pickup — free

Collect your order at 129 Ontario Street, Stratford, Ontario Monday-Saturday between 10am and 6pm daily, and on Sundays 11am-5pm (Holidays Excluded). We will contact via email you when your order is ready for pick-up, usually within 24 hours. Please bring your order confirmation.

2. Shipping across Canada

Orders of $250 or more	Free shipping
Orders under $250	$20.00 flat rate

Orders within Canada are shipped via Shipnerd.

For your protection, a signature is required upon delivery.

Delivery times vary by destination. We are not able to guarantee a delivery date, and delays do occasionally occur once a parcel is with the carrier.

3. Shipping outside of Canada is currently on pause.

Oversized and heavy items

Some items — large cookware sets, furniture, and similar — cannot be shipped at our standard rate because of their size or weight. If you order one of these, you will incur an "extra heavy" surcharge and are free to cancel for a full refund at that point if you would prefer not to proceed with your purchase.

Gift wrapping

Gift wrapping is complimentary on online orders. Please note "Gift Wrapping" in the comments at checkout, and tell us whether it is a wedding or shower gift, or a gift for a man, woman, or child, so we can wrap it appropriately. Include your message and we will add it to a Bradshaws gift card with the item.

Problems with your delivery

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us at websales@bradshawscanada.com within 3 days of delivery and we will assess the situation to best assist you.
