Shipping policy
Bradshaw's ships across Canada from our store at 129 Ontario Street, Stratford, Ontario. This policy explains how and when your order will reach you.
Order processing
Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
We make every attempt to keep the website synchronised with our in-store inventory, but occasionally an item may be out of stock when your order reaches us. If that happens we will contact you and offer either a full refund or a special order, whichever you prefer. Items shown as available may occasionally need to be ordered in from the manufacturer, which can add to the delivery time — we will let you know if that applies to your order.
Delivery options
You can choose from three options at checkout.
1. In-store pickup — free
Collect your order at 129 Ontario Street, Stratford, between 11:00am and 5:00pm daily. We will contact you when your order is ready, usually within 24 hours. Please bring your order confirmation.
2. Local delivery — free on orders of $50 or more
We deliver free of charge within approximately 6 km of our store, on orders of $50 or more. Deliveries are made same or next day, between 3:00pm and 6:00pm, and your order will be left at your door.
Eligibility is determined by your delivery address at checkout. If local delivery is available to you, it will appear as an option.
If you would like to add delivery instructions, please include them in the notes on your order.
3. Shipping across Canada

These rates apply anywhere in Canada. All prices are in Canadian dollars.
Orders within Canada are shipped via Canpar, and orders to the United States via UPS, unless otherwise requested.
For your protection, a signature is required upon delivery.
Delivery times vary by destination. We are not able to guarantee a delivery date, and delays do occasionally occur once a parcel is with the carrier.
Oversized and heavy items
Some items — large cookware sets, furniture, and similar — cannot be shipped at our standard rate because of their size or weight. If you order one of these, we will contact you before shipping to confirm the cost and arrange delivery. You are free to cancel for a full refund at that point if you would prefer not to proceed.
St. Marys deliveries
We run a regular delivery to St. Marys on Wednesdays between 3:00pm and 6:00pm. This is arranged directly rather than through checkout — please call us on 519-271-6283 or email info@bradshawscanada.com and we will take care of it.
Shipping to the United States
We ship to the continental United States at a $40.00 flat rate.
Orders shipped outside Canada are not charged Canadian federal or provincial sales tax, but may be subject to taxes, duty, customs or brokerage charges at the discretion of the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
We do not currently ship beyond Canada and the continental U.S. For international enquiries, please contact sales@bradshawscanada.com.
Gift wrapping
Gift wrapping is complimentary on online orders. Please note "Gift Wrapping" in the comments at checkout, and tell us whether it is a wedding or shower gift, or a gift for a man, woman, or child, so we can wrap it appropriately. Include your message and we will add it to a Bradshaw's gift card with the item.
For security reasons we only gift wrap orders being delivered within Canada.
Problems with your delivery
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us at info@bradshawscanada.com within 14 days of delivery and we will put it right.
For returns of any other kind, email sales@bradshawscanada.com. All returns must be pre-approved. Please see our refund policy for full details.
