Terms of service apply to orders placed at bradshaws.ca and/or bradshawscanada.com. Purchasing from either site indicates you are in agreement with our terms of services and policies.
Bradshaws is an independent Canadian-owned retail store at 129 Ontario Street, Stratford, Ontario, trading in downtown Stratford, Ontario since 1895.
Using this site
You must be the age of majority in your province or territory, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
This site should not be used for any unlawful purpose including any attempt to interfere with its operation or security or to obtain or copy any intellectual property.
Products and pricing
All prices are in Canadian dollars and don't include standard sales taxes or shipping unless stated. Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout.
We strive to present our products accurately using both imagery and descriptionsPlease note: items pictured may vary in colour across different screen displays. If you receive something isn't as you expected, please see our refund policy and/or contact websales@bradshawscanada.com for assistance.
Every effort is made to keep the stock on our online shop synchronised with the stock on our shelves in our bricks and mortar location, but occasionally an item sells in-store before your order reaches us. If that happens we'll contact you and offer a refund or offer a replacement that is suitable.
Prices and availability may change without notice.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. Orders may be declined or cancelled on occasion — for example if an item is out of stock, if there's an error in the price or description, or if we suspect fraud. If you have placed an order and paid for it for any reason, Bradshaws will refund it in full.
Please allow 24 hours for orders to be processed.
If you spot a mistake in an order you've just placed, call us straight away on 519-271-6283 and we'll usually be able to fix it before it ships.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payment is taken at the time of order.
You confirm that you're authorized to use the payment method you provide, and that the details you give us are accurate.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery options, rates, and timings are set out in our shipping policy. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.
Risk passes to you on delivery. If a parcel arrives damaged, please get in touch with websales@bradshawscanada.com within 14 days and we'll get in touch with a suitable solution.
Returns

Gift cards
Gift cards are redeemable for Bradshaws merchandise and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen unless the gift card is already in our system under your first and last name.
Accounts
After creating your online account, please be responsible for keeping your password secure and for and activity that happens on your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.
Your content
If you send us reviews, photographs, comments, or suggestions, you're giving us permission to use, reproduce, and publish them in connection with our business, without any obligation for renumeration.
Our content
The text, photographs, graphics, and design on this site belong to Bradshaws or to our suppliers, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Please do not reproduce any content from our site commercially without written permission from Bradshaws.
Links to other sites
Oftentimes we link to other websites — brands we carry, local businesses, and the like. Bradshaws is not responsible for content or practices on any other site.
Availability of the site
We cannot guarantee that this site will always be free of errors. Bradshaws is entitled to change, suspend, or discontinue any part of our online shop at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bradshaws is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or from any product bought through it. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 (Ontario) or other applicable consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of Ontario.

We may update these terms from time to time as it becomes necessary.
