Belberry Elderflower Syrup

A deliciously fragrant syrup made with oils from pressed elderflowers. Great as an addition to a cocktail or to flavour a variety of foods including jellies, ice creams and puddings. More than 80% of Belberry's fruit juices come from selected varieties which gives the syrups their unique taste. The history of Belberry began when Thierry's father André Vandererfven acquired a small gourmet store, dating from the end of the 19th century, in the West Flemish city of Kortrijk, Belgium. He started producing fruit preserves for the local market. In 1990, I took over the business, expanded homemade production and began exporting the delicious preserves globally.
