Bayfield Provisions is a boutique granola bakery that started in 2017 in the village of Bayfield, Ontario, selling at a local farmer's market and general stores. The company is run by two sisters who have deep roots in the restaurant scene. Small batch, deeply flavoured granolas are made fresh weekly using local organic Ontario oats and maple syrup, extra virgin olive oil, good-for-you nuts, seeds, fruits & spices -- and no refined sugars or unnatural ingredients. Each batch is mixed, tasted, slow-roasted and packaged by hand in Toronto's popular Danforth Village.
