Saltspring Kitchen Company offers hand-made savoury, spicy and sweet jams for pairing with cheese and charcuterie.  They started sharing the creations made in their home kitchen at Salt Spring Island Saturday Market in 2012, and found a loyal following right away.  Bit by Bit, their little jam company grew until we moved it out of our home and into a commercial jam kitchen.  Since then they’ve been able to share their love of canning with jam and sauce aficionados across the country.

A hint of rosemary bridges our sweet and savoury selections. Pairs with Blue Cheese, Brie, Camembert, Ricotta, sourdough, chocolate cake, and cocktails.


Cane sugar, sour cherries, rhubarb, pectin, lemon, and rosemary. May contain pits.
