Bradshaws has been a family-owned Canadian business since 1895. We want your experience both in our store and at bradshaws.ca to be a pleasant one. As a local independent retailer, we are in daily contact with you, our customers, and are aware that you have a number of choices on how to spend your money. We hope that our unique selection and friendly informative customer service will be to your satisfaction. Bradshaws seeks out the best value in terms of quality and price from the top brands in the industry and we encourage our customers to “buy it once and buy it well”.
How long does it take to process my order?
Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed. We’re working hard to make sure you receive your items as soon as possible!
Do you gift wrap?
Please specify “Gift Wrapping” in the comment section at check-out and indicate if the item is a wedding or shower gift, or gift for a male, female or child so that we can wrap your gift appropriately. Please include your message to the recipient, and we will include your message in a Bradshaws gift card with the item. Wrapping for online purchases is complimentary. Please note, that for security purposes, we only wrap gifts to be delivered within Canada.
What delivery options do you offer?
Bradshaws offers four delivery options:
1. In store pick up – Daily 11:00am to 5:00pm
2. Free local delivery within Stratford – delivered same or next day 3:00pm to
6:00pm. Your order will be placed lovingly on your porch.
3. Free delivery to St. Mary’s – every Wednesday 3:00pm to 6:00pm
4. Free shipping across Canada on orders over $250, and $20.00 shipping fee for
orders under $250. Please call or e-mail for shipping rates to Yukon Territories, Nunavit, or Northwest Territories.
If you have special instructions for delivery, please make sure we are aware by adding a note on your order.
PLEASE NOTE THAT FREE SHIPPING DOES NOT APPLY TO ITEMS THAT DON’T MEET REGULAR SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS – I.E. OVERSIZED, SALE, OR EXTRA-HEAVY ITEMS.
Is everything on your website in stock?
Yes, generally. We make every attempt to synchronize our website merchandise with our inventory, but on occasion certain items may be out of stock. If this happens, we will give you the option of either a full refund, or we will special order your item in and get it to you as soon as possible. We make every effort to ship your order in a timely manner, however delays do occasionally occur. Please note that items that are “available” may need to be ordered from the manufacturer.

Can you order a product for me if you don't already carry it?
It is possible if we have a connection to the supplier. Send us an email to info@bradshawscanada.com with the details of your request and your contact information and we will get back to you with an answer.
Defective, Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items
For any of these issues, please contact us at info@bradshawscanada.com within 14 days of the date of delivery. We will instruct you on how to proceed, and all returns must be pre-approved. If the item proves to be defective, we will issue a replacement or refund the price of the item plus the return shipping costs.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by PayPal, Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Shopping at Bradshaws online is safe. Personal information provided on bradshaws.ca is transmitted through a secure server using Secure Socket Layering (SSL) encryption technology.
How does it work currency and exchange rates?
All of our prices are in Canadian Dollars. Currency exchange rates are calculated by the credit card companies.
