Mexican Inspired Street Corn

Super Easy Recipe:

  • Brush corn cob with olive oil (pull back husk)
  • Grill corn on BBQ or in cast iron grill pan until cooked through and slightly charred
  • Use basting brush to apply literally with Stonewall Kitchen Aioli

  • Use Microplane to finely grate Parmesan cheese and lime zest on top before serving
  • Sprinkle with fresh chopped cilantro
