Featuring an ergonomic spout that favours a natural sucking action reminiscent of a baby bottle, this cup is ideal for making the transition from bottle feeding to drinking from a cup.  Featuring a clever, removable valve in the spout, this cup can operate in two distinct fashions.  With the valve in place, messy leaks and dribble are reduced. Baby has to suck to get liquid from the cup.  When the valve is removed, the cup becomes free flowing, making it easier for little ones to drink.  The two textured handles make this cup easy for little hands to hold and manipulate.

Sophie le Girafe has been made in France since 1961, first near Paris by Delacoste then from 1991 by Vulli based in Rumilly. Its name refers to its launch on 25 May 1961, the feast day of Saint Madeleine Sophie Barat.
