Sobrii 0-Tequila draws inspiration from traditional artisanal tequila and mezcal distilleries throughout Mexico. Familiar warmth and depth are delivered through a carefully crafted blend of smoke-enhanced agave, rich oak undertones, fiery black pepper, and aromatic coriander.
Sobrii 0-Tequila was designed to be consumed in a cocktail, pairs exceptionally well with citrus-based cocktails and is not meant to be consumed straight or neat.
Sobrii is distilled in small batches at a Stratford, Ontario craft distillery since 2017. It uses quality natural ingredients, including Canadian Ginseng from Ontario, and has no artificial flavours, sugars, sweeteners or calories. Sobrii means “sober” in Latin. By removing the alcohol, their products offer a way for health-conscious adults or the sober curious, to enjoy cocktails without compromising on taste or palette experience. Sobrii is proud to support responsible drinking, and they think “non-alcohol” should be just as celebrated as “with alcohol”.
Tasting Experience
Aroma: Rich agave and smoky undertones rise immediately, complemented by the warmth of oak and subtle spice complexity.
Flavor: Earthy agave leads the way, followed by deep smoky notes and oak richness. Black pepper adds a gentle heat while coriander creates warming complexity, replicating the distinct taste of tequila – or for some, mezcal.
