They started sharing the creations made in their home kitchen at Salt Spring Island Saturday Market in 2012, and found a loyal following right away. Bit by Bit, their little jam company grew until we moved it out of our home and into a commercial jam kitchen. Since then they’ve been able to share their love of canning with jam and sauce aficionados across the country.
One of the best-selling jars, Hot Mango is a not-too-sweet spread that brings habanero and jalapeño peppers to the party to spice things up. Pairs with fresh Chèvre, Brie, Camembert, Gorgonzola, seafood, lamb, and pork. We love it in a Spicy Mango Chicken Bowl. Beautiful in cocktails and sparkling drinks.
