The Klippan Point Throw is woven in a mix of 25% recycled wool and 75% lambswool. Mixing the lambswool with the recycled wool – where waste from various wool fibers and yarn residues are used – allows for a beautiful colour scale that can be achieved during weaving. This bright lime green colour adds a hint of freshness to any décor.
The recycled wool gives the throw a rustic character and contributes to reducing the environmental impact, while the lamb’s wool offers a soft and warming feeling. The result is a throw that is not only beautiful and functional, but also a sustainable choice for your home. Let this throw become a reliable companion during cool evenings and a stylish interior detail that reflects your commitment to both quality and the environment.
Sustainability is part of Klippan’s DNA
Klippan Sweden strives to live in harmony with nature, work with resources that already exist and leave as few footprints as possible. That is why, from their inception in 1879, Klippan has chosen to always use 100% natural materials.
Since Klippan began weaving in 1879, they have manufactured exceptional woolen products. They spin, dye, warp, weave and craft everything in their own oeko-tex® certified factory. That ́s the story of Klippan -a locally-owned family business for over five generations.
Klippan’s mission is, and always has been, to offer beautiful, high-quality textiles produced with great care for the environment.
All wool used in Klippan throws can be traced all the way back to the individual farmer, regardless of whether it is Swedish wool or wool from New Zealand.
