Great Jones Baby Dutch Oven

The name Great Jones is an homage to Judith Jones, a cookbook author and editor who championed the work of Julia Child, Edna Lewis, and James Beard, among many others. She treated her cookware like art. It’s also a nod to New York City — which they’re proud to call home.

Dutch Baby is their round, 3.5-quart cast-iron Dutch oven that nests neatly inside The Dutchess. They’ve customized it for smaller batches and kitchens — perfect if you frequently cook for one or two people.
