Belazu Beldi Preserved Lemons

These Belazu Beldi Preserved Lemons are small, fine-skinned, preserved lemons that bring a beautiful fragrance to a wide variety of dishes. The Beldi Lemons are hand sorted and graded for size and quality. They are then hand packed to ensure that the fruit does not bruise and retains its fragrant aroma.

Try finely slicing and adding to a grain or rice salad, or chop with chilli and garlic as a dressing, or use to stuff a roast chicken, finely slice and add to your couscous, or add zest to your chicken stuffing.

When their founder George tried his first provencal olive back in 1991 at a French farmer’s market and decided to bring them back home to England,  their rich partnership with chefs was born.  Today, they make sure those olives- and all manner of authentic ingredients- are available to everyone from home cooks to culinary experts.
