High quality organic grapes are sourced, then pressed and fermented in stainless steel vats with a traditional winemaking process, before being dealcoholized via very gentle methods.  This includes vacuum distillation at low temperature and a patented  method of aroma recovery, this way, the properties of the wine will be preserved without the alcohol.
