Spiralizing Recipes

Summer may not be officially here, but this warm weather has inspired us to up our simple summer dinner game and we’ve got some amazing recipes for you featuring one of our favourite Holistic Nutritionists and our must-have item, the spiralizer!     

It’s time to Spiralize! Our product feature of the month is our super easy to use Trudeau Spiral Slicer and we have partnered with our friend and nutritionist Sara Bradford of Nourish Real Food to bring you some fun and easy recipes to enjoy over the summer. 
Try making Carrie and Sara’s fast and easy Spiralized Summer Salad with Asian inspired dressing.

It’s time to rethink your waffle iron. This is a definite crowd pleaser and super easy to make! Almost like a riff on a potato latke, but prettier! 

Spiralized Potato Waffles


3 Spiralized potatoes on finest setting
2-3 tablespoons flour
1 egg (if too dry add another egg) 
1/4 cup grated cheese (we used parmigiano reggiano)
chopped chives or dill
pinch of salt


Top with whatever you like! We topped ours with créme fraiche, caviar and dill…
