PRINTWORKS was founded in Stockholm in 2017 by Annette and Patrik, who left their careers in advertising after noticing a shift in how we live our lives. As the world sped up, time together seemed to slip away — replaced by screens, feeds, and the constant hum of digital noise. Always connected, yet somehow more disconnected. They longed for something different: moments that felt slower, warmer, and real.  From that longing, PRINTWORKS was born. A brand built on nostalgia and the joy of the analog: flipping through a photo album instead of scrolling past thousands of images stored on a cloud, gathering around a board game instead of disappearing into separate feeds. They believe in the quiet beauty of a digital detox — not as a trend, but as a way to reconnect with what truly matters.
