Yes Cocktail Company was founded by avid travelers and lovers of cocktails, Lauren Butler and Brandon Alpert, the husband and wife team’s entry into the mixology scene came from an unlikely source – an international children’s theatre tour that took them all over the U.S. and abroad.  From the very first batch, Yes Cocktail Co. has been focused on  locally sourced, entirely natural ingredients, simply because the best cocktails require the best ingredients, and of course, the name Yes Cocktail Co, is all about saying yes-  which is the first rule of improvisational acting.

Handcrafted in collaboration with Sierra Honey Farm in Paso Robles, Ca, our Hot honey simple syrup is perfect for espresso martinis, margaritas, old fashioneds, and all your favorite cocktail creations. It’s sweet heat will add just the right amount of life to anything you add it to.
The combination of natural honey from Central California, crushed Red Chili Peppers and a touch of Apple Cider Vinegar for a slight tartness creates the perfect balance for cocktails, mocktails, or even in cooking.

ALL PRODUCTS ARE 100% NON ALCOHOLIC.

The mixers and syrups should be stored in a cool, dry place for up to 24 months after purchase.

Once opened, refrigerate and use within 8 weeks.

Can’t use it up in time? Freeze the liquid into an ice cube tray– the mixer ice cubes can be stored indefinitely in the freezer and are perfect portion sizes!
