Saltspring Kitchen Company offers hand-made savoury, spicy and sweet jams for pairing with cheese and charcuterie.  They started sharing the creations made in their home kitchen at Salt Spring Island Saturday Market in 2012, and found a loyal following right away.  Bit by Bit, their little jam company grew until we moved it out of our home and into a commercial jam kitchen.  Since then they’ve been able to share their love of canning with jam and sauce aficionados across the country.

Made with Salt Spring Island Ales’ Heather Ale and nicely balanced with honey, it adds sophistication to your burger, sandwich, or charcuterie platter.

Best served with dry-cured meat, sharp hard cheeses, sausage, burgers, and salad dressing.

INGREDIENTS & DETAILS

Apple cider vinegar, water, yellow mustard seeds, brown sugar, Salt Spring Island Ales’ Heather Ale, black mustard seeds, honey, and sea salt. Contains mustard and barley.

Refrigerate after opening and enjoy within 90 days.
