Rufus Teague Steak Rub

It didn’t happen overnight, but Rufus Teague’s sauce has gone from the ol’ pot he used to stir it in to winning competitions all over.  If he was still around there’s no doubt he’d be reminding everyone within earshot that, ‘Good sauce makes bad barbecue good and good barbeque gooder.’

Rufus always said “Steak is special, so don’t screw it up!” That’s why he came up with this concoction that is heads above all those silly seasonings out there. This rub goes beyond steakhouse flavor and even adds a bit of coffee to deliver mouthwatering meat that’s unmistakably Rufus.
