Heartbeat Hot Sauce

Heartbeat Hot Sauce Co. was founded in 2015. A hobby of making hot sauce for themselves at home quickly ignited into a full fledged production company after word of mouth spread throughout their home town of Thunder Bay, Ontario and beyond. All of the sauces are made with maximum flavour and balance in mind. Each sauce is bright, bold, healthy, and deliciously unique. They add no water, thickening agents or chemical preservatives of any kind making these sauce as natural as it gets.

Dill Pickle Serrano sauce recreates the perfect, sour, garlicky dill pickle with a little extra spice! With mild to medium, crowd pleasing heat, this is a great sauce for your family barbecue. Try it on some classics like Burgers, Hot Dogs, Caesars, Pasta Salad and your Tuna Salad Sandwich…and then let your imagination run wild!

Scorpion:  One of the hottest in the lineup, this recipe features Trinidad Scorpion Peppers to get your blood pumping!  With its hot but not too-hot spice level and nuanced flavour, this sauce makes just about any food sing: eggs, pizza, tacos and more. Your new go-to!

Jalapeno:  A slightly milder offering made with fresh jalapeño and fermented serrano peppers to give that signature Heartbeat flavour and perfectly balanced heat.

Blueberry Habanero:  This special edition of the original Red Habanero is loaded with real blueberries and made with the help of Forgotten Lake Blueberry Ale from Lake of the Woods Brewery. Purposely not too sweet! It will taste harmonious with any savoury flavours you might be cooking with (but also pairs well with dessert)
