Rufus Teague Meat Rub


It didn’t happen overnight, but Rufus Teague’s sauce has gone from the ol’ pot he used to stir it in to winning competitions all over.  If he was still around there’s no doubt he’d be reminding everyone within earshot that, ‘Good sauce makes bad barbecue good and good barbeque gooder.’

Rufus pulled this recipe out of thin air. He knew a good rub is key to bringing out the best in whatever meat you’re cooking… beef, pork, chicken, even fish.  A masterful blend of herbs and spices, you can rub it on anything. Even on non-grillin’ stuff. Folks have really taken a shine to it.
