Guest testimonials –
“I would highly recommend the Knife Skills course.  Not only did I learn some great cutting skills, but also learned some important knife handling and knife care techniques.  As well, I learned some valuable insight on how proper cutting with sharp knives can impact the cooking, presentation and ultimately the taste of your food.  All in all, it was a fantastic course!!!”
