Crisp & Co. was founded in 2012 in Hockessin, Delaware. Founder and unabashed foodie Thomas Peter has a master’s degree in biomedical engineering from Cornell University, as well as a serious love for pickles. He combined his two great passions, along with a background in molecular gastronomy, to create their award-winning, uniquely delicious pickles.
Delicately pickled local cremini mushrooms with local thyme and bay leaf are truly luxurious. A touch of heirloom garlic gives these mushrooms a unique depth and savory complexity. Equally as delicious as they are beautiful.
